Steps

1. 1 Venue Manager A manager opens the application 1:49 ▣

   Everything the host typed, and — since this plan — an editable copy of it. Fixing a wrong date here is ten seconds; asking the host is two days.

2. 2 Venue Manager They correct three of the host's answers 1:50 ▣

   A name, a number and a free-text field. Each one is recorded with what it was, because the old value has to survive for the host to check it.

3. 3 Venue Manager Reload the board 1:55 ▣

   ONE email listing three changes. Three emails is how a host learns to ignore the one that says their date moved.

5. 5 host The host opens their application page 2:23 ▣

   The same three fields, the same old values, the same marker — rendered from the same source as the admin's. Two renderings of one diff drift apart, and the one that drifts is this one.

6. 6 Guest Somebody else opens the same URL 2:33 ▣

   A receipt URL travels — it is pasted into a group chat, forwarded to a co-organiser, quoted in a support ticket. The page still loads and still says where the application stands. What the venue corrected, and what it used to say, does not travel with it.
