Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Membership Club (“we”, “us”) for your use of Membership Club. By creating an account or buying anything here, you accept them.

Your account

• You must be at least 18, or old enough to enter a contract where you live.
• Give us accurate details and keep them current — we use your email address to reach you about things you have bought.
• Your account is yours. Do not share your sign-in, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used fraudulently, or puts other members or staff at risk.

Tickets, memberships and entry

• A ticket or pass is a limited licence to attend a specific event, not a property right.
• We may refuse entry, or ask someone to leave, where conduct, safety, capacity or the law requires it.
• Events can change. If we cancel an event you paid for, you get a refund of what you paid for it.
• Where an event is rescheduled, your ticket moves with it unless we say otherwise.

Your points

• What you load is stored value for use here. It is not a bank deposit, it earns no interest, and it is not legal tender.
• Points have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash except where the law requires it.
• They are personal to your account and may not be sold or transferred to anyone else.
• We do not expire what you have loaded. If that ever changes we will tell you first.

Payment

• Prices are shown before you pay, and payment is taken at the time of purchase.
• Payments are handled by our payment processor. We never receive or store your card number.
• Any applicable tax is included in the price you are shown, unless the page says otherwise.

Refunds

• We refund in full when we cancel an event.
• Otherwise tickets are generally non-refundable, because a seat held is a seat nobody else could buy. Where an event page states its own refund window, that window governs.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method, or to your points balance where the original method is no longer available.

Hosts, performers and applications

If you apply to host or perform, your application is an offer, not a booking. A booking exists only once we confirm it. Anything you submit must be yours to submit, and you give us permission to use it to run and promote the event.

How you may use the site

Do not break the law with it, attempt to gain access you were not granted, interfere with its operation, scrape it, or resell what you buy here outside any resale facility we provide.

Content you post

You keep ownership of what you write here. You give us permission to display it where the service needs to. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, or breaks these terms.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or withdraw features.

Our responsibility

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the thing the claim is about.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date above changes when we do, and material changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of California, United States, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
