   The mail names two things left to do and offers this page as the place to do them. Today the page says 'Application received' and offers 'Back home'.

9. 9 Administrator An admin locks the contract, which is what mints the signing link 0:16

   Locking hashes the document and emails a tokenised link. Only the HASH is stored, so the page can never render that link — which is why the action it offers is 'send it to me again'.
