Speed

The whole inbound loop, for real: an application arrives, the staff card goes out through the adapter with three tokenized buttons, and the button press comes back the way Telegram sends it — a signed `callback_query` POSTed to /webhooks/telegram with the secret header — and approves the application without anyone opening the admin site.

Steps

  1. An absent map means 'nobody has said yet' and must keep working. A map WITH entries is a statement about who may press.

  2. A channel post's buttons are pressable by any viewer — the transport's own docstring says so. Today the only credential is the token in the button, and nothing asks who is holding it.

  4. Same button, same token, same channel — a different person.
