Steps

The platform clock is frozen half an hour before doors. Thirty events are scannable; one of them is happening in front of these people.
Door staff know 'the Basement' more reliably than an event title they have never read, so the filter searches venue as well as name.

Adding a note needs JavaScript — it pauses the video and captures the current frame. The notes themselves are always readable at /my/annotations.
