   Shown once. Only the hash is stored, so there is no reading it back — rotating again is the recovery. It lives in the agent box's environment, never in a repo file.

5. 5 Administrator The builder reports mid-cycle — the page updates itself 0:06 ▣

   A 10-second poll, the same live pattern the sales page uses. The agents act on a 20-minute clock, so polling is indistinguishable from push and costs one query.

   The same items the planner writes into plans/QUESTIONS.md, one click away instead of one repository away.

7. 7 Administrator Two hours pass. The builder says nothing. 0:15

   The platform clock moved to 2026-08-26T06:09:47Z and the scheduler ticked.

   Nobody wrote 'stuck' anywhere. A dead loop cannot report its own death, so the page derives it from the silence — and prints the command that brings it back.
