Steps

  1. These were five bare text boxes asking for hand-typed UTC. Now it is the SAME builder a host answers when applying — the same macro file, not a lookalike. Two implementations of 'when is this evening' would drift within a release.

  2. Say when the night ENDS and how long each part takes — the platform works the schedule out backwards, and a 2 a.m. finish still lands on the right event day (the rollover rule).

  3. Typed into the free-entry box, the group commits and collapses exactly like a preset — and the SERVER sends back the canonical label.

  4. The browser sends wall-clock PARTS; intake.timeline composes the five UTC instants. DST, ambiguous hours and after-midnight rollover are handled where they were already handled and tested — which is why this form cannot ship an hour-shifted show.

  5. YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SSZ, exactly as before — only the typing went away. The exact-UTC escape hatch stays one disclosure below for the value only a hand can type.
