Steps

   A search box, not an email field. The search itself is not new — the manager simply could not reach it: the route was gated on the admin group while the capability sat granted and unread.

   Members only by default: designating is a privilege change, and a staff account in an artist picker invites a promotion nobody intended.

   An audited rbac group grant — there is no parallel flag that could disagree with the group, which is why the console can be simple.

4. 4 Venue Manager The roster lists them 0:07 ▣
5. 5 Member The new artist opens their store 0:12 ▣

   The designation is the whole gate; nothing else had to be switched on.
