A member tops their house-credit balance up with a card, then pays for an order with house credit instead of a card — the ledger moves, the card does not.

Steps

  1. Prepaid balance, promo balance and tab availability are three separate buckets; purchasing power is what the checkout page can actually spend.

  2. A top-up is a real charge through the payments adapter and a real double-entry posting: cash in, member liability up. The card is chosen with the same picker the checkout page uses.

  6. Reserving takes the seat out of inventory and starts a 5-minute hold; the countdown on the next page is that hold.

  7. If the hold expires the seat goes straight back into inventory — the scheduler sweeps it, nobody has to click anything.

  8. House credit is only selectable when purchasing power covers the order total.

  9. Paid from the house-credit balance — the ledger moves, the card adapter is never called.

  10. The hub is where a member already lives — tickets, credit, listings and comps — so the purchase confirms in context rather than on a receipt page they have to navigate away from.

  11. The collapsed bar is one row at every role; the full role-gated navigation lives in this panel and closes as soon as you leave.

  13. One order, two ledger transactions: the top-up that funded it and the spend that consumed it. Trial balance still nets to zero.
