   Every event's record, filterable by state — open, pending_seal, sealed.

   One per-event archive: authoritative, append-only, and meant to be readable in ten years without any of the modules that produced it.

4. 4 Administrator Flip Force — 'records what it overrode, forever' 0:17 ▣

   A real checkbox at opacity 0 behind a styled label, so the click target is the label — which is also what a person's finger hits.
