Buy a ticket on the resale exchange

The exchange only works if a buyer gets a genuinely usable ticket and every party is paid in one atomic step. Purchase claims the listing (active -> settling) with a rowcount-guarded compare-and-set so exactly one of N concurrent buyers wins, re-validates the ticket AND the event under that claim before taking a cent, collects money on the chosen rail, posts one balanced ledger transaction splitting venue fee / host royalty / seller net, and then transfers the door credential: the old pass is revoked and blacklisted, the TOTP secret is killed and a brand-new pass, serial and secret are issued to the buyer.
