Steps

1. 1 Administrator An admin opens a contract the host has already signed 0:11 ▣

   The banner says a counter-signature is needed. The row under it used to offer one button, Void — the note is about this frame.

2. 2 Administrator Two real choices, on a phone, without scrolling 0:13 ▣

   THE BEAT THIS PLAN EXISTS FOR. Counter-sign & execute is the forward action; Decline is the answer. Neither existed here on 2026-08-25.

3. 3 Administrator Counter-sign & execute takes the admin to the signature, not past it 0:14 ▣

   The button reveals the panel and puts the cursor in it. The clauses stay above, where somebody about to sign them can read them.

4. 4 Administrator Sign as Alexandra Reyes, consent, execute 0:16 ▣

   Unchanged by this plan. The signature, the printed name and the electronic-signature consent are what make a counter-signature one.

5. 5 Administrator A different signed agreement — this one the venue cannot honour 0:19 ▣

   Same page, same row. Before this plan the only button here said Void, which is the word for an agreement nobody signed.

6. 6 Administrator Press Decline — it asks why before it does anything 0:21 ▣

   The reason is required. A decline with no reason forces the host to ask, which is the same dead end one step later.

7. 7 Administrator Type the reason the host will read, and confirm 0:23 ▣

   These exact words go to the host. Nothing is paraphrased for them.
