Steps

1. 1 artist The artist opens their store on a phone 0:08 ▣

   An artist selling a print and a chef selling a dish both list text and a price. A customer at a bar chooses by looking.

2. 2 artist Attach a photo to the item that has none 0:10 ▣

   Photographed on a phone, attached in place. Re-encoded server-side on the way in, which is also what strips the GPS out of the EXIF.

3. 3 artist Now upload a PDF that claims to be a JPEG 0:13 ▣

   The filename says .jpg and the browser says image/jpeg. Neither is consulted: the bytes are decoded, and a file that cannot be decoded never reaches disk.

4. 4 Member A customer opens the event's store panel 0:21 ▣

   One macro, two surfaces. An image that only exists on the edit screen has not shipped.
