  2. Reserving takes the seat out of inventory and starts a 5-minute hold; the countdown on the next page is that hold.

  3. If the hold expires the seat goes straight back into inventory — the scheduler sweeps it, nobody has to click anything.

  4. Charged through the mock payments adapter with token tok_success.

  5. The hub is where a member already lives — tickets, credit, listings and comps — so the purchase confirms in context rather than on a receipt page they have to navigate away from.

  6. The collapsed bar is one row at every role; the full role-gated navigation lives in this panel and closes as soon as you leave.

  8. A ticket IS an event, so it carries the event's poster. This page was the last place a member's own events were still text.

  9. A line item is an INLINE reference: 24px before the name, not a hero. Eight line items with eight posters is a scroll, not a page.

  10. No exemption for admin: the owner's rule has no such qualifier, and 24px is not a density problem. The events with no uploaded art draw their own initials — fallback is the rule, not an edge case.

  11. A poster beside a long title is the size case that decides the variant — `min-width: 0` on the name is what keeps it in the row.

  12. The hero is a PAGE element and stays one. This plan added a second variant; it did not move the first.
